I wonder how long a ride it would be – 2 days?

出雲に来たのは27年ぶり 当時は大社町と呼ばれていましたね　

くにびき国体のなぎなた競技、青森県選手団のひとりでした　

I happened to have visited Izumo 27 yrs ago – as a member of the Aomori prefectural team for a national athletic meet – I was a Naginata warrior (a kind of martial art)

出雲そばは当時と変わらず美味　私は釜揚げ派です

Ahh, Izumo Soba – yummy!
